Danielle holds a degree in Law from Aarhus University (Denmark) and has + 20 years of experience in handling research related contracts between industry and academia.
For the last 4 years Danielle has worked in Novo Nordisk A/S as a senior contract manager with the responsibility of putting in place a large variety of agreements between the company and academic institutions worldwide in the field of research, fellowship programmes, public private partnerships, sponsorships etc.. Besides drafting and negotiating contracts, Danielle uses an extensive amount of her time working with business ethics compliance matters.
Novo Nordisk is a leading global health care company engaged in the research, development and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products focusing on diabetes, obesity, haemophilia and grow disorders.
Before she joined Novo Nordisk, Danielle worked from 2008 to 2014 in LEO Pharm which is a global pharmaceutical company in the field of skin disorders. From 2001 to 2008 she worked at the Technical University of Denmark in the central technology transfer office.
